    These terms apply to all users of the Service, including parents/guardians who create accounts and children who use the app under parental supervision.

    2Account Registration

    2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create a family account.

    2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

    2.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    2.4 One family account per household. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system is prohibited.

    Children's Accounts (COPPA)

    ChoreQuest is designed for use by children under parental supervision. We comply with COPPA regulations:

    • • Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use
    • • We do not collect personal information from children without parental consent
    • • Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time

    4Acceptable Use

    5Premium Subscriptions & Payments

    5.1 Premium features require a paid subscription.

    5.2 All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    5.3 Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.

    5.4 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

    9Termination
