Our premium upgrade comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with ChoreQuest Premium for any reason, we'll refund your purchase in full.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@chorequest.com
2. Include:
   • Your email address used for registration
   • Date of purchase
   • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
3. We'll process your refund within 24 hours
4. You'll receive your refund in 5-7 business days depending on your bank

What Happens After Refund

Once your refund is processed:

• Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
• Premium features will be disabled
• Your data (players, chores, progress) will be preserved
• You can re-upgrade anytime if you change your mind
• You'll keep access to all free tier features

Exceptions

Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers most situations. However, refunds may not be available if:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• The account has been permanently banned for Terms of Service violations
• Fraudulent activity or chargebacks have been initiated

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We process refunds quickly and chargebacks can result in additional fees and complications for both parties. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

Our free tier is always available at no cost. There's nothing to refund! You can use ChoreQuest's basic features forever without any charges.
